Sprinternships®
Host a Sprinternship™ At Your Company
Sprinternships® give undergraduate fellows intensive, project-based work experience during academic breaks — winter, spring, or summer.
In just a few weeks, your team gains focused project output while fellows earn their first real-world tech credential. No lengthy onboarding. No full-semester commitment.
Short, High-Impact Engagements
Sprinternships® run two to four weeks during academic breaks, making them easy to plan around your team's capacity.

You bring the challenge. We help scope it for a small team of fellows to deliver in the sprint window.

AI Studio
Launch An AI Challenge Project
AI Studio connects your organization with a team of fellows working on a semester-long AI challenge you define.
Your company submits a real AI problem. Fellows work on it across an entire academic semester, supported by faculty and Break Through Tech staff. By the end, you receive a working solution, a final presentation, and a clear view of the fellows who built it. Participating companies also gain a dedicated Challenge Advisor from their team — a technical or business leader who guides the fellows and, in the process, sharpens their own skills in applied AI.
